- If you want access to a customer's contact information, we charge a fee of $20 per lead. This fee is charged regardless of whether the customer ultimately chooses to work with you on their project.
- If you submit a bid through our platform and the customer accepts your bid, we do not charge any additional fees. Your bid is the only cost associated with that project.
- We also offer an escrow system for added security and convenience. If both the customer and contractor choose to use it, we charge a fee of 1% on top of the standard Stripe fees.
We believe that our pricing model provides a fair and transparent way for contractors to use our platform. Our goal is to help you connect with new clients and win more business, while also providing homeowners with a reliable and efficient way to find the right contractor for their project.
